Acknowledging and addressing parental burnout is essential, and it's heartening to hear about the supportive and honest environment you've created. Looking forward to seeing the positive impact this will have!" — Dr Sunil Kumar, Lifestyle Medicine Physician
"The clear explanation of what parental burnout is was very helpful. I especially liked how you described it from your own experience, it made it feel real and relatable. The journaling with art activity helped me express things I often struggle to put into words."
