Weekly Free Online Yoga Session

Weekly Free Online Yoga Session Hosted by Artists' Apothecary

Every MONDAY and THURSDAY EVENINGS

About the Session

Reconnect with your body and mind with a free guided weekly online yoga session, designed to enhance your wellbeing from wherever you are β€” every Monday and Thursday at 8.30 PM.

This 40-minute session is the perfect way to wind down at the end of the week. Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of experience on the mat, you're warmly welcomed. The session takes place online, so all you need is a comfortable space, a mat or soft surface, and a device to join the call.

What to Expect

  • Guided online via an Yoga app which will lead you through refreshing yoga routines.

  • Join a supportive community of like-minded individuals for accountability and connection.

  • Suitable for all levels β€” no prior yoga experience is needed. No one is judging you! Do as much as you want or as little in the comfort of your home.

  • A calm, accessible session ideal for unwinding after a long day, running just 40 minutes so it fits easily into your evening.

Create Your Home Spa Sanctuary Before the Session

Arriving at your mat already feeling calm makes a world of difference. Give yourself 10–15 minutes before the session begins to transform your space into a personal sanctuary. Here's how:

Candles Candles are one of the quickest ways to shift the atmosphere of a room. Light one or a few to to sent the ambiance.

Incense & Aromatherapy Scent has a powerful effect on the nervous system, helping to signal to your brain that it's time to slow down. Light your incense 10 minutes before the session starts so the scent settles gently into the room rather than arriving in a rush.

Mood Lighting Harsh overhead lighting is the enemy of relaxation. If you can, switch it off entirely and rely on your candles, or use a salt lamp for a warm amber glow that's deeply soothing.

Sound Though not a visual element, sound completes the spa experience. Play a gentle ambient playlist or nature sounds (rainfall, ocean waves, singing bowls) at low volume in the background before the session begins, then mute it when you join the Zoom.

Setting the Space Clear your yoga area of clutter β€” even just tidying the immediate space around your mat makes a difference to how settled you feel.

How to Join

Sign up below to reserve your spot. A Zoom link will be sent to you after sign-up.

About Artists' Apothecary

Artists' Apothecary is a London-based creative wellbeing organisation dedicated to nurturing mental health through art, community, and mindful practices. The weekly yoga sessions are just one of many free and paid events they run to support people in living more balanced, creative lives.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that these sessions use a verified guided yoga app as the foundation of each class. I join every session to offer personal encouragement and support with positioning, but I want to be transparent β€” I am not a qualified yoga instructor. These sessions exist to make self-care a little more accessible and consistent, and to give us a shared space to show up for ourselves each week. Please listen to your body, work at your own pace, and consult a medical professional if you have any health concerns before joining.
