Welcome to Talk & Survive | Counselling for mums & mums-to-be🌸

I created Talk & Survive with one simple but powerful belief: talking is surviving.
Pregnancy and motherhood can be life-changing, but they can also bring challenges that leave you feeling exhausted, isolated, or uncertain of yourself. Whether you are expecting your first child or already a mum, it’s not unusual to experience anxiety, low mood, or even a deep sense of loss of identity. At Talk & Survive, you don’t have to carry those feelings alone.

About Me

I am a registered member of the BACP and currently work within the NHS Talking Therapies service, alongside my private practice, Talk & Survive. My passion lies in supporting mums and mums-to-be, especially those navigating hyperemesis gravidarum (HG). Having seen and experienced first handed the physical and emotional toll HG takes, I am deeply committed to offering a space where women can feel understood, supported, and safe to process the impact it has on their lives and wellbeing.

Therapy is not always easy, it takes real courage to talk about the painful parts of your journey. But here, you will find compassion, honesty, and respect. Together, we can work through the struggles of pregnancy and motherhood so you feel heard, held, and able to move forward with greater strength and hope.
