Weekly Free Online Yoga Session
Weekly Free Online Yoga Session Hosted by Artists' Apothecary
Every MONDAY and THURSDAY EVENINGS
About the Session
Reconnect with your body and mind with a free guided weekly online yoga session, designed to enhance your wellbeing from wherever you are β every Monday and Thursday at 8.30 PM.
This 40-minute session is the perfect way to wind down at the end of the week. Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of experience on the mat, you're warmly welcomed. The session takes place online, so all you need is a comfortable space, a mat or soft surface, and a device to join the call.
What to Expect
Guided online via an Yoga app which will lead you through refreshing yoga routines.
Join a supportive community of like-minded individuals for accountability and connection.
Suitable for all levels β no prior yoga experience is needed. No one is judging you! Do as much as you want or as little in the comfort of your home.
A calm, accessible session ideal for unwinding after a long day, running just 40 minutes so it fits easily into your evening.
Create Your Home Spa Sanctuary Before the Session
Arriving at your mat already feeling calm makes a world of difference. Give yourself 10β15 minutes before the session begins to transform your space into a personal sanctuary. Here's how:
Candles Candles are one of the quickest ways to shift the atmosphere of a room. Light one or a few to to sent the ambiance.
Incense & Aromatherapy Scent has a powerful effect on the nervous system, helping to signal to your brain that it's time to slow down. Light your incense 10 minutes before the session starts so the scent settles gently into the room rather than arriving in a rush.
Mood Lighting Harsh overhead lighting is the enemy of relaxation. If you can, switch it off entirely and rely on your candles, or use a salt lamp for a warm amber glow that's deeply soothing.
Sound Though not a visual element, sound completes the spa experience. Play a gentle ambient playlist or nature sounds (rainfall, ocean waves, singing bowls) at low volume in the background before the session begins, then mute it when you join the Zoom.
Setting the Space Clear your yoga area of clutter β even just tidying the immediate space around your mat makes a difference to how settled you feel.
How to Join
