By learning to rewire the way you think, youβll reduce the emotional weight of guilt and begin to parent with clarity, calm, and self-compassion rather than constant criticism.
Overcoming Guilt + Acceptance Box
In our first session together, we explore one of the most persistent emotions parents carry: guilt. Through guided discussion and a hands-on creative activity, you'll begin to examine your relationship with guilt and create your own Acceptance Box, a tactile, personal tool to help you hold and process difficult feelings with more compassion.
What's included across the series: three guided creative workshops, a workbook and art journal pack, a guest speaker from the wellbeing community, and refreshments.
