Embark on a sonic journey of self-discovery with a guided sound therapy and meditation session. The harmonious vibrations from sound will gently guide you into a meditative state, allowing you to explore your inner landscape and connect with your own inner wisdom. This immersive experience will not only be a session full of relaxing sounds but a whole experience of calming aromas of Eucalyptus and Sage with each person connected on an individual level. Soul Sanctuary will help you enhance mindfulness, promote emotional well-being, and deepen your connection to the present moment. Participants will learn practical tools and techniques that they can incorporate into their daily lives to cultivate mindfulness and mental health wellness management over emotional wellbeing.
A huge beneficial workshop to attend and takes only an hour out of your evening. You will be in a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you will feel in complete comfort exploring your inner experience.
1hr Sessions are charged at £10 each but if you would like save and block book 4 sessions in advance you can get a discounted rate for £8 a session. Please see the listings on the shop page and book your space. This will be an intimate gathering so spaces will be limited. We will release more dates and your block booking can be transferred to future dates.

Please arrive 10- minutes early so you have time to settle in, you will need to bring you own yoga mat. As you will be lying down for this experience you may want to bring a blanket and a pillow and something to cover your eyes for complete darkness.
