Led by Gemma Dean, Parental Wellbeing Coach, and Sima Rahman-Huang, founder of Artists’ Apothecary, The Mindful Parent Hub offers weekly, in-person workshops blending reflective coaching with expressive art therapy. Each session explores a different theme related to parenting and emotional wellbeing — so whether you join us for one, a few, or for all 4 you’ll leave with new insights, tools, and a sense of calm.
From Monday 3rd November we’ll meet weekly covering topics such as parental burnout, stress and anxiety, setting boundaries and more!
You can book sessions individually — perfect if you want to drop in for topics that resonate or block book all 4 and save. We are also offering low income options. Everyone is welcome and if you don’t have childcare no worries you kids are welcome! Just let us know when you book
