June Wellness Event | Flower Power
This will be the tenth instalment of the monthly wellness events for us ladies.
Come and join us together to escape the daily stresses and congested lifestyle to reconnect with our innerselves and recharge. This event has been designed to help you feel elevated and refreshed and to teach you how to make positive, healthy changes in your life, not just for the day but for the longterm.
Learn to integrate in to an active lifestyle without it feeling like a chore, pick up on healthier eating habits without feeling deprived. We are all a work in progress, choosing to take a new path to make improvements in life will always be a step in the right direction with no regrets. You will get to meet like minded ladies to exchange wellness knowledge and hopefully be back to each session every month.
The schedule will consist of guided yoga via Yoga Studio - Mind & Body App, tantric dancing, meditation and a special dinner created with low carb, vegetarian, sugar free options. Each event will have slight variations so you can experience something different each time. For this month's workshop we will be creating a floral bouquet inline with spring time and for all the beautiful blossoms we have this time of year you will get to be a part of a guided tutorial in how to create a beautiful bouquet or posey for you to take home and enjoy. You will also be given a gift bag full of skincare treats!
Last event we focused on benefits of antioxidants, where we made experienced a matcha tea making ceremony.
You will also be invited to join us for free weekly yoga sessions which are held on zoom and can be practised comfortably from the convenience of your own home.
