"Thanks for creating the group and for starting this course, it's so needed. Enjoyed today's session. Here's my piece from today trying to hold on to the good feelings from my recent holiday, so it can be a reminder for me during tough moments."

The mindful Parent hub

"Excited to do weekly scrap book with the little today! Photos printed ready from last week and some lovely materials arrived from Artists’ Apothecary Little one loved her box so much she slept with it next to her bed last night! I use to love collecting all this stuff as a kid!" — @onesliceoflemon

it's incredible to see such important work happening at the Mindful Parent Hub workshops. Acknowledging and addressing parental burnout is essential, and it's heartening to hear about the supportive and honest environment you've created. The upcoming session sounds like a great way for parents to manage their multifaceted responsibilities and find some peace through creative activities. Looking forward to seeing the positive impact this will have!" — Dr Sunil Kumar, Lifestyle Medicine Physician

"The clear explanation of what parental burnout is was very helpful. I especially liked how you described it from your own experience, it made it feel real and relatable. The journaling with art activity helped me express things I often struggle to put into words."
