Welcome to The Mindful Parent Hub
Weekly workshops to support calmer, more connected parenting.
Join us for a nurturing and creative space where parents can pause, reflect, and reconnect — one week at a time.
Led by Gemma Dean, Parental Wellbeing Coach, and Sima Rahman-Huang, founder of Artists’ Apothecary, The Mindful Parent Hub offers weekly, in-person workshops blending reflective coaching with expressive art therapy. Each session explores a different theme related to parenting and emotional wellbeing — so whether you join us for one, a few, or all ten, you’ll leave with new insights, tools, and a sense of calm.
From Wednesday 17th September, we’ll meet weekly (term time only) at Good Shepherd Studios, covering topics such as parental burnout, stress and anxiety, intergenerational cycles, setting boundaries, core values, understanding your wants and needs, and finishing with a powerful vision board session to help you look ahead with confidence.
You can book sessions individually — perfect if you want to drop in for topics that resonate — or block book all 10 to save (pay for 9), and receive a free art journal and stationery pack.
We keep our group small (max 12 parents) to ensure a welcoming, supportive space where everyone feels heard. Babies and toddlers are welcome — just let us know when you book.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, snapping more than usual, or just need a weekly reset, this is your space. Show up as you are — even one session can make a big difference.
Because when parents feel better, families thrive.
